Our Vision     

 

VISION
 
The CCAR Foundation was formed to raise funds to enable
 
the Foundation to become a self-sustaining entity and to
 
accomplish and implement it's stated mission to improve
 
the quality of life, both economically and physically for Carroll
 
County and the Central Maryland area. The CCAR Foundation
 
will solicit donations, contributions and bequests from the
 
membership of CCAR, individuals, companies and from other
 
foundations with similar goals and program objectives.
