About Us
The Carroll County Association of REALTORS® Foundation is a 501(c) (3) charitable organization that serves as the philanthropic arm of the Carroll County Association of REALTORS®. Founded in 2005, CCARF is dedicated to providing strategic support to organizations in Carroll County and central Maryland that improve our community’s quality of life.
Through individual and corporate gifts, as well as donor events, CCARF forms partnerships with local non-profit organizations that provide vital services to area residents. By donating directly to organizations, CCARF offers a leveraged, strategic way to support local charities that do direct giving. Donations to CCAR Foundation are tax-deductible.
Past recipients of CCAR Foundation grants include Habitat of Carroll County, Access Carroll, the Carroll Hospital Center.
We believe in the potential of every individual to make a difference in their community. Through our collective efforts, we can empower and uplift those in need, ultimately creating a ripple effect of positive change throughout Carroll County and central Maryland.
